GCIM is an end-to-end project control CMS built for Chekadbam, unifying executives, project managers, engineers, site supervisors, and workers in a single workflow. It centralizes project timelines, tasks, deliverables, progress photos, documents, and issues, ensuring every stakeholder works from the same source of truth.
A dedicated client portal offers full transparency: customers can follow milestones, approvals, progress percentages, and upcoming payments. Invoices, receipts, and contract change orders are traceable, with clear status indicators and notifications for due actions.
The platform is designed as a modular, secure web application (Next.js + Node.js/TypeScript) with strict role-based access control, audit logs, mobile-friendly views for on-site updates, and real-time activity feeds to keep everyone aligned.
